At Fashion Underwear, we design every piece with care to celebrate your unique shape. But we understand that sometimes you might need to exchange for a different size or return an item. Our policy is as flexible and inclusive as our collections.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Racer Briefs (from our intimate collections)
- One Pieces swimwear (unless defective)
- Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery (see template below).
- Wait for approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your items: Include all original packaging and tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help:
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any price difference in the new item
- We’ll cover shipping costs for the replacement item
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
