We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):

Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must include original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Racer Briefs (from our intimate collections)
  • One Pieces swimwear (unless defective)
  • Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return request (see template below).
  2. Wait for approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your items: Include all original packaging and tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Ship your return: Send to our fulfillment center at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help:

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any price difference in the new item
  • We’ll cover shipping costs for the replacement item

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
